RENTERS INSURANCE: Renters Insurance is strongly recommended in the current lease and will be a requirement in all new leases. The majority of landlords require it because it is very inexpensive and can really be very beneficial. We plan to research providers and negotiate a special rate for all HRM tenants.

Note: To determine purchase price we will have a realtor perform a market analysis.
BUG EXTERMINATION: For single family homes we will ensure the home is bug free at the time of move in but after that it is the residents responsibility.
SATELITE DISH: We will not agree to have any dishes mounted through the roof due to the probability of leaks and water damage. Tell the satellite company the dish has to be mounted on a pole in the yard. If that's not possible we will consider allowing them to mount it on the side of that building.
WATER SHUT OFF: Do you know where and how to shut off the water main to your house/unit if there was an emergency leak?? If not let us know and we will come by and show you how and ensure you have the shut off wrench to do it. This will minimize damage to your belongings and the home if there is ever a leak.
HVAC FILTER: Did you realize a clean filter reduces the load on the unit which makes it more efficient and effective which means you pay less and it works better so it's recommended that you change the filter every 4 months.
